Today we had great fun in the frosty weather running our Santa Daily Mile. The Daily Mile has helped our children, not only physically but holistically. They enjoy the task, feel regulated after and can easily set clear goals for themselves and their fitness. It is an initiative we are very proud to be connected with.🎄
