Today we celebrated the 10th birthday of the Daily Mile. We had great fun in the sun. The Daily Mile has helped our children, not only physically but holistically. They enjoy the task, feel regulated after and can easily set clear goals for themselves and their fitness. It is an initiative we are very proud to be connected with.
