The Year 7 children had an enjoyable trip to Tayto Park on Tuesday, 18th June. They were very excited and thoroughly enjoyed every element of the day. Thankfully the weather was excellent and the sun shone the whole day. The day began in Tayto Park, when the children went to the 5D Cinema experience, followed by lunch. The Tour Guide, Lorcan then gave the children a tour of the animals in Tayto Park. They learnt so much and were all very interested in the different animals on show. The children were so excited to then have their free time on the rides. All of the children braved the illusive, 'Cu Chulainn', some more than once! The day in Tayto Park ended with all the children and teachers going on the 'Viking Voyage' together and 'Flight School', then visiting the shop. On route home, they visited 'Dooley's' in Edmundstown for a tasty dinner, then back to school. A very enjoyable trip had by all. The children were all so very well behaved throughout. A super way to end their time spent in St. Patrick's, Eskra!
