Congratulations to our Eco Committee who won £500 to spend on a Science trip. They chose to travel to Magilligan Field Centre in Limavady on Wednesday, 22nd June to enjoy outdoor learning on the beach. All the pupils and staff had a great time combing the beach for shells, jellyfish, crabs, etc. We wrote the words Eco Schools on the beach using the shells we collected. Did you know that the number of rings on a shell tells you how old it is?
We even visited a 200 year old tower before we went home!
