Rain Doesn’t Stop Forest School Fun!!! ☔️ 🍎 National Apple Day 🍎 😃 S'Mores, Please 🔥

To celebrate National Apple Day, pupils in Year 4/5 dipped delicious apple slices into brown sugar and caramelised them by heating them over the fire. We also made delicious s'mores (short for - some more) just for fun. 

Despite the rain, we had a great time learning about what is needed to start a fire, rules for fire safety and about how fire produces heat and light energy.
