The leaves begin to change ๐ and the air turns crisp๐
It was a very cold wet afternoon for our Year 2 Nature Rangers, we wrapped up & headed out to explore & have fun!!
We had a magical Nature ranger session inspired by the story ๐๐ธ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฃ๐ช๐ฆ๐ด, and it was such a special experience๐ฆ๐
We set up snuggly & read our story of Owl Babies, we had a lovely discussion on Owls, the children took great interest in telling us there favourite parts of the story ๐โจ
All the children got a little bag & had fun exploring & collecting leaves through our forest. The children were all talking of all the different colours shapes & sizes. We headed back to our classroom as our little owlets had got very cold to finish off our activity where they created their own baby owls๐ฆ
We all had great fun making our baby owls & the children were delighted to give them names & take them home๐งก
