Today the Year 1/2 children enjoyed their very first Nature Rangers Club! They learnt a little bit about camouflage and some children hid ‘worms’ whilst the others ‘birds’ had to find them. They noticed the brighter colours were easier to find as they weren’t as easy to camouflage. Another activity involved the children making a large scale berry smash piece of art as well as a fun forest walk- where they ran away from the ‘Bear’ 🐻. We left out some pots, pans and wooden spoons for the children to make music with and finally, some children found some yellow leaves which they made some fairy wands for Fidelma with. A busy Nature Rangers Club but lots of fun and learning! 🍃🪱
